Description

CEM3 is a composite substrate sheet that consist of glass cloth, glass mat and epoxy resin. It has excellent mechanical processability, punching process applicable, longer drill bit up to 2-5 times; electrical properties and PCB processing similar to FR-4; excellent PTH reliability equivalent to FR-4;UV Blocking and AOI compatible. It is widely used for test & measurement equipment, information home appliances, Car electronics, Automatic controller, Game machine, ect.
